Jerkies

Jerky isn’t constrained to beef anymore (was it ever?). The most interesting of them all has got to be tuna jerky. Yes, tuna jerky. And not because it’s questionable what process could have been used to make tuna into jerky, but the fact that this particular tuna jerky is for “Dogs, Cats, . . . and You!”
